SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Local Community
Tuesday, August 27, 2024
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA will be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regards to the higher range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area SRD on a regular basis. The service level produced for intervention activities a high influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for your office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and increase entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
